Are you hoping to host a Paint Party? Did you know there are benefits to hosting? You’ll already have control over the guest list, but what else will you get? Let me give you the quick run down!
As a host you can pick your date. We can paint together Monday Morning during nap time, or for a Friday Night Cocktail hour- or any time in between. If the time is free on my calendar, we can make it work!
Location. Does your group usually meet at your house? We can paint there too. Have a large group? We can find a conference room to use and meet there. I’ll pack up my paints and come to you. I do ask that if you are hosting at your property- please make sure you have the table space. I have one square folding table and I’ll bring plastic drop clothes for the tables.
Discounts! A host is responsible for finding all the guests, so you should get some sort of break right? If you get 5 friends booked, you’ll get your art for half price! If you get 10 friends booked- you get your art for free! If you have a large group(20 people or more), where no one really is the host- let me know ahead of time and we can get a group discount coupon code, just for your group!
Photographer. When I am not knee deep in directions, I’ll be taking photos- for your group as well as for my personal use. If you’d like to provide a camera or would like all the originals emailed- we can definitely do so! This could come in very helpful for birthday parties or other things where you’d like to be an active participant in the activity- and still want some great photos!
Plus the usual. You’ll still get the benefit of picking a stencil- or writing me if we need to create something personalized. We can still do a potluck (but you’ll get to set the rules to this one- usually we roll with a snack pot luck, but I’ve hosted one that was a dinner party!), and we will still have tons of fun!
To make life easier: Please make sure that you have a pretty firm number coming in. We don’t want to get prepped and ready for a party of 30 and have no one sign up.
They will all still need to fill out the application form, and for the date just put in the parties name (Like “Annies Bachelorette Party).
Have any more questions? Let me know!
